Partial strong structural controllability

This paper introduces a new controllability notion, termed partial strong structural (PSSC), on structured system whose entries of matrices are either fixed zero or indeterminate, which naturally extends the conventional (SSC) and bridges gap between SSC. Dividing indeterminate into two categories, generic unspecified entries, is PSSC, if for almost all values in parameter space except set measure zero, any nonzero (complex) corresponding controllable. We highlight that this notion generalizes property embedded single-input systems. then give algebraic (bipartite) graph-theoretic necessary sufficient conditions systems to be latter can verified polynomial time. Conditions multi-input subsequently given special case. It shown established results induce maximum matching based criterion SSC over bipartite graph representations.
